This 2021 Pokémon Celebrations Ultra-Premium Collection Charizard #4 is graded Gem Mint 10 by PSA. The PSA population report records 663 copies evaluated at this top grade. Rendered on a solid metal substrate with Mitsuhiro Arita's original 1996 Base Set artwork, the card was released as part of the franchise's 25th-anniversary product line. This item represents a cornerstone piece for a serious collection. Issued exclusively within the 2021 Celebrations Ultra-Premium Collection box set, these metal promo cards commemorate twenty-five years of the Pokémon Trading Card Game. Metal issues from this release display significant condition sensitivity, as the manufacturing, factory packaging, and distribution processes frequently resulted in edge chipping and surface blemishes prior to unboxing.Show more
