This 2020 Pokémon Sword & Shield Black Star Promo Charizard #SWSH066 is the prerelease holo variant featuring the official "STAFF" stamp in the bottom-right corner of the artwork box, illustrated by NC Empire. Graded GEM MT 10 by PSA, the card shows pristine condition across its surfaces, borders, and corners. According to the PSA population report, 383 copies have achieved the GEM MT 10 grade.
Distributed exclusively to tournament organizers and event workers for the Vivid Voltage expansion's prerelease events, STAFF-stamped promos were produced in significantly smaller quantities than standard prerelease promos. The Pokémon Company permanently retired the production of STAFF-stamped prerelease promos later in the Sword & Shield era, making this release part of the final generation of official STAFF promo cards issued for Play! Pokémon events.Show more
