Graded PSA 10 Gem Mint, this 2021 Pokémon Celebrations Ultra-Premium Collection Charizard #4 features a PSA population of 663 copies at this grade. Constructed as a solid metal card replicating Mitsuhiro Arita's original Base Set artwork, the release is notoriously condition-sensitive due to factory edge chipping and paint flaws common to the metal cards straight from sealed packaging. Achieving the highest grade requires flawless edge retention and surface integrity. This is an investment-grade Pokémon asset.
Issued exclusively within the 2021 Celebrations Ultra-Premium Collection for the franchise's 25th anniversary, the card recreates the original 1999 Base Set layout—complete with Charizard's 120 HP, Energy Burn Pokémon Power, and Fire Spin attack—rendered on a reflective gold-finished metal surface. Celebrations stands as one of the few official releases where The Pokémon Company directly reproduced the original Base Set card frame using specialty manufacturing.Show more
