Out of all submissions graded by CGC, only 64 copies have achieved this Gem Mint 10 designation, ensuring its status as a highly limited addition for TCG collectors.
Originally distributed exclusively within the "Pretend Grunt Pikachu Special Box" in December 2016 to coincide with the release of the Sun & Moon video games, this card was never released in English or made available outside of Pokémon Center retail locations in Japan. The artwork showcases Pikachu dressed in the signature bandana and skull-themed uniform of Team Skull, the antagonist group of the Alola region.
