This 1996 Pokémon Japanese Basic Expansion Pack Mewtwo Holo #150 is graded GEM MINT 10 by PSA. Featuring the legendary Psychic-type clone illustrated by Ken Sugimori, this card is a cornerstone of the franchise's inaugural 1996 release. Out of all submissions to PSA, only 767 copies have achieved this flawless Gem Mint designation, highlighting the exceptional preservation of its signature starfield holofoil background, crisp purple borders, and pristine centering. The 1996 Japanese Basic Expansion Pack introduced the world to the Pokémon Trading Card Game, establishing mechanics and designs that endure today. As the ultimate legendary adversary of the original Generation I games, Mewtwo is depicted in its classic Ken Sugimori pose. This card features the original Japanese "Pocket Monsters" card back, a design distinct to early-era releases prior to the international layout shift, cementing its status as an essential historical artifact of TCG history.Show more
