This 1998 Japanese Pokémon Promotional Trainer card, "Trade Please!", is graded PSA 9 Mint. PSA records a population of 573 copies at this grade level. Illustrated by Imakuni?, the card face includes the printed mechanical condition specifying that it cannot be used in official Pokémon Card tournament play. Unlike standard Japanese Base Era issues, the card features a full holofoil back design displaying the classic "Pocket Monsters Card Game" logo set against a starburst pattern. Distributed in Japan during the 1998 "Trade Please!" campaign, this card was made available to participants who mailed in required promotional materials to Media Factory. The holofoil card back remains a distinct mechanical feature within the franchise's release history, utilized across a limited group of special Japanese promotional releases in the late 1990s.Show more
