The 2017 Japanese Pokémon Sun & Moon Promo Pikachu #068/SM-P was awarded to tournament participants at the Champion's League 2017 event in Okayama. Illustrated by Naoki Saito, the artwork features Pikachu alongside the Sun & Moon era Legendary Pokémon Solgaleo and Lunala, bearing the official event logo stamped in the bottom right corner. Graded Gem Mint 10 by PSA, this example is one of 635 copies to receive the top grade from the grading service.
Released during the inaugural year of Japan's Sun & Moon series, SM-P tournament promos were distributed exclusively through official competitive play events rather than standard retail expansion packs. As an event-limited release featuring custom full-art illustration work, this card holds a defined place within the broader landscape of Japanese Sun & Moon promotional issues.Show more
