This 2017 Jolteon EX #28a was released as part of the Pokémon Mega Powers Collection, a premium box set that featured alternate art versions of some of the most popular Ultra Rares from the XY era. Illustrated by Ryo Ueda, this card features the intricate textured foiling and vibrant colors that define full-art promos from this period. It is presented in a PSA 10 Gem Mint grade, with a population of 1,099 copies reaching this tier. The 'a' designation indicates its status as an alternate artwork of the Jolteon EX originally found in the Generations set, making it a specific target for Eeveelution completionists. As a late-era XY promo, it represents a high point in the franchise's design aesthetic just before the move to Sun & Moon, and it remains a solid addition for collectors focused on the enduring appeal of Eevee's evolutions.Show more
