This investment-grade 2018 Panini Contenders Optic Gold Rookie Ticket Autograph represents one of the most significant rookie cards of Buffalo Bills franchise quarterback Josh Allen. Serial-numbered 4/10, this scarce parallel features a gold optichrome finish paired with a clean blue ink signature. Graded Mint 9 by PSA, this card is condition-sensitive due to its metallic borders and reflective surface. According to the PSA population report, there are only 4 examples graded at this level, offering collectors a rare opportunity to acquire a top-tier parallel from Allen's landmark rookie season.
The 2018 release marked the inaugural year of the Contenders Optic brand, elevating the iconic Rookie Ticket design with a premium, high-gloss optichrome stock that has since become a staple of the modern hobby. As a cornerstone asset for any serious football card portfolio, its long-term value is anchored by Allen's standing as one of the NFL's premier dual-threat quarterbacks. Following a dominant 2023 season where he accounted for 44 total touchdowns (29 passing, 15 rushing) and guided the Bills to their fourth consecutive AFC East title, Allen remains a perennial MVP candidate and the face of the franchise.Show more
