This 1998 Japanese Pokémon Promo Kangaskhan #115 was awarded as a trophy card during the Parent and Family Event Tournament. Graded PSA 9 Mint, the card features artwork by Ken Sugimori with a glitter-foil holo finish and the original Japanese Pocket Monsters card back. The PSA census lists 28 copies at the PSA 9 grade level, designating this release as a blue-chip TCG asset. Distributed exclusively at the Parent and Child Mega Battle tournament in Japan in May 1998, parent-and-child teams had to achieve a set number of match victories together to receive the card. As one of the earliest official tournament award cards in the franchise's history, it represents a key milestone in Japanese TCG promo releases.Show more
