Basketball Cards
PSA9
Pop455
The 1993 Finest Refractor Michael Jordan #1 represents the genesis of one of the basketball card hobby's most significant parallel technologies. Graded Mint 9 by PSA, this card features the distinct rainbow-foil sheen that debuted with this inaugural Finest basketball release. There are 455 examples registered at this Mint 9 grade in the PSA population. The card is highly condition-sensitive due to its metallic surfaces, which are susceptible to fine surface scratches, centering issues, and edge wear.
This landmark release commemorates Jordan's historic 1992-93 season, during which he led the Chicago Bulls to their third consecutive NBA Championship and secured his third straight Finals MVP award. Positioned as card #1 in the set, this card captures Jordan mid-flight against the classic stone-textured background. As the very first Michael Jordan Finest Refractor parallel produced, it stands as an era-defining release of 1990s basketball card history.Show more
