The 2002 Pokémon Legendary Collection Reverse Foil Dark Dragonair #38 is graded PSA 9 Mint. Illustrated by Kagemaru Himeno, the card features the set's signature fireworks reverse holofoil pattern running across the border and text box. According to PSA population data, there are 215 copies recorded at the Mint 9 level.
Released by Wizards of the Coast in 2002, Legendary Collection served as a key reprint expansion compiling iconic cards from Base Set, Jungle, Fossil, and Team Rocket. The set is historically distinct for introducing full reverse holofoil parallels across the checklist, utilizing an intricate foil pattern that was never replicated in subsequent Pokémon TCG expansions. Dark Dragonair retains its original Team Rocket gameplay text, including the Evolutionary Light Pokémon Power.Show more
