Graded PSA 8 Near Mint-Mint, this 2002 Pokémon Legendary Collection Articuno #2 features the expansion's full-card reverse holofoil finish. Illustrated by Mitsuhiro Arita, the card depicts the Legendary Ice-type bird with 70 HP alongside its Freeze Dry and Blizzard attacks. The PSA population registry records 343 copies evaluated at this grade.
Released by Wizards of the Coast in 2002, Legendary Collection introduced reverse holofoil cards to the English Pokémon Trading Card Game. The subset is recognized by its distinctive fireworks foil pattern covering the entire card face outside the art frame. Articuno #2 pairs Mitsuhiro Arita's artwork—originally printed in the 1999 Fossil expansion—with this debut reverse holofoil technology, representing a key milestone in WOTC-era printing history.Show more
