The 1985 Star Crunch 'N Munch All-Stars #4 Michael Jordan highlights the Hall of Famer during his 1984-85 rookie campaign following his first NBA All-Star selection. Graded BGS 8.5 NM-MT+ by Beckett Grading Services, the slab carries subgrades of 8.5 for Centering, 8.5 for Corners, 8.5 for Edges, and 9.5 for Surface. BGS records reflect a population of 181 examples at this grade level. This is an investment-grade card for vintage basketball collectors.
Distributed in regional poly-packs by Star Company, this 11-card promotional set represented the primary officially licensed basketball card market during Jordan's initial seasons prior to Fleer's 1986 major release. The card design features Jordan in his East All-Star uniform on the front, with the back detailing his collegiate background at North Carolina, draft status, and initial All-Star selection. Due to original bagging and handling practices of the era, high surface subgrades remain key evaluation points for Star Company issues.Show more
