This 2002 Pokémon Legendary Collection Reverse Foil Ponyta #87 is graded PSA 10 Gem Mint. Featuring classic artwork credited to Ken Sugimori, the card exhibits the set's distinct radiant fireworks foil treatment across its borders and text box. According to the PSA population report, 40 copies have achieved the Gem Mint grade. Issued by Wizards of the Coast in 2002, Legendary Collection served as a reprint set drawing from Base Set, Jungle, Fossil, and Team Rocket. It was the first Pokémon expansion to introduce reverse holofoil variants, utilizing a complex, high-gloss fireworks foil technology that was never repeated in later Pokémon TCG releases.Show more
