This 2004 Rocket's Hitmonchan ex comes from the EX Team Rocket Returns set, a release that revisited the dark aesthetic of the original Team Rocket expansion with the enhanced power mechanics of the EX era. As card #98 in the set, it belongs to the ultra-rare Pokémon-ex tier, characterized by the signature silver-holofoil borders and dynamic art by the legendary Mitsuhiro Arita. This copy is authenticated and graded PSA 1, one of 22 examples to receive this specific grade. The card features the 'Strikes Back' Poke-BODY and the 'Magnum Punch' attack, which were staples of the competitive landscape during its original release. EX Team Rocket Returns remains a focal point for collectors of the Nintendo-published EX Series due to its unique artwork and the return of the 'Rocket's' naming convention, making this Hitmonchan a clear representative of a pivotal moment in the TCG's mid-2000s history.Show more
