This 2004 Pokémon Nintendo Black Star Promo Jirachi #021 is graded PSA 9 Mint. Illustrated by Atsuko Nishida, the Psychic-type Basic Pokémon card features 50 HP along with the "The Third Eye" and "Psywave" attacks. PSA reports a total population of 409 examples in this grade.
Issued during the EX Series era, this promotional card was available exclusively as a insert alongside the home video DVD release of Pokémon: Jirachi—Wish Maker. Promotional cards distributed inside home video packaging were particularly susceptible to edge wear and surface indentations from original cellophane wrappers, making high-grade copies notably condition-sensitive.Show more
