Graded PSA 9 Mint, this 2017 Panini Contenders Optic Patrick Mahomes II Rookie Ticket Autograph (#103) represents an investment-grade cornerstone from the debut year of the Contenders Optic product line. This inaugural 2017 release successfully translated the iconic paper Contenders Rookie Ticket design to a high-end chromium format, immediately establishing itself as a landmark set of the modern era. PSA has recorded a population of only 66 copies evaluated at this Mint 9 tier, highlighting its scarcity for collectors seeking a premier, authenticated rookie autograph of the franchise quarterback.
On the field, Mahomes continues to cement his status as one of the greatest quarterbacks in NFL history. Following his third championship and third Super Bowl MVP title in Super Bowl LVIII, Mahomes is leading the Kansas City Chiefs through the 2024 NFL season as they contend for an unprecedented third consecutive Lombardi Trophy. His sustained elite performance and historical career trajectory ensure that his earliest, debut-year rookie cards remain focal points of the hobby.Show more
