The 2023 Pokémon Sword & Shield Black Star Promo Gengar #SWSH241 Prerelease STAFF holofoil is graded PSA Gem Mint 10. Illustrated by Uta, the card bears the Lost Origin set expansion logo along the lower right of the art box and the gold STAFF stamp on the lower left. According to the PSA population report, 25 copies have achieved the Gem Mint 10 grade. This is a cornerstone piece for a serious collection.
Distributed exclusively to tournament organizers and local game store personnel during official Prerelease events, STAFF-stamped promos occupy a specialized tier of scarcity within modern TCG releases. Pokémon discontinued the STAFF stamping program in the late Sword & Shield era, finalizing the total print run of stamped promos and establishing cards like this SWSH241 Gengar as static historical items from the era's organized play circuit.Show more
