According to the PSA population report, 3,966 copies have received this top-tier grade. Illustrated by You Iribi, the card art depicts Pikachu in the artistic style of Edvard Munch's famous painting, featuring the unique attack name "Scream" ("さけび") printed across the card face.
Issued in conjunction with the "Munch: A Retrospective" exhibition held at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum between October 2018 and January 2019, this promo was distributed exclusively in Japan through qualifying Pokémon Center purchases.
