Distributed as a participation prize during the 2002 New Garura (Kangaskhan) Parent-Child Tournament in Japan, this promotional Trainer card is titled "Touch Generation Change!" and features artwork by illustrator Tomokazu Komiya. Graded PSA 10 Gem Mint, it stands at the highest condition tier recorded by the service. PSA records 48 copies total at this grade. Printed specifically for tag-team tournament play under the red-labeled "New Garura Rule" designation, the card's effect instructs both active players to shuffle their hands into their decks and tag in their partners, who draw five cards from a separate deck to continue the match. The card face incorporates Komiya's distinctive expressionist illustration style, paired with the original 1996 Japanese "Pocket Monsters" Japanese back.Show more
